Plant description
A beautiful, branching and graceful, late summer Japanese anemone with large, semi-double pink flowers that have delicate, pale-pink outer edges and golden centres. The leaves are pretty, too – vine-like, dark green, toothed and semi-evergreen, perfect for areas of partial shade towards the back of a moist herbaceous or mixed border. A reliable performer in coastal and north-facing gardens, ‘Loreley’ is clump-forming and harmonises with most late-flowering plants, especially if allowed to spread.
