Plant description
An upright, rounded, late season cherry-plum with dark green leaves. White blossom in early spring is followed by large, carmine red, orange-fleshed, plum-like fruit in late summer. A dual purpose cultivar, ‘Gypsy’ offers a sweet and flavoursome top fruit option for small gardens.
Pollination Information: Though partially self-fertile, this plum will produce a bigger crop if planted with another variety of plum. Ideally this should come from the same pollination group 1, however it is possible to use one from group 2 as well.
